Description
If beer and wine had a love child, it would probably look a lot like cider. Characterized by relatively low alcohol content and with an appealing effervescence, apple cider is made in a range of styles from very sweet to dry. Paul Watkin leads this guided tasting of ciders including classic styles and regions such as Basque Cidra from Spain, Normandie Cidre from France, English Dry Cider, and British Columbia Cider. You’ll leave the seminar with a new appreciation for how cider can be enjoyed anytime from patio season to wintertime festive gatherings.
