Parking on St. John’s Campus is both permit and pay-per-use on a first come first served basis. There is no designated area for parking for certain buildings. Level 1 and Level 2 of the parking garage directly across from the Core Science Facility on Arctic Ave are pay-per-use as well as the bottom level of the parking garage adjacent to the UC, also on Arctic Ave. The areas designated in red on this map at the following link are also paid parking https://www.mun.ca/cep/media/production/memorial/administrative/campus-enforcement-and-patrol/media-library/parking/User_Pay_Parking.pdf. The map appears to not have been updated recently as the area across from the parking garage “16a” is actually the location of the CSF.
