Christmas has gone to the Dogs

Santa and Mrs. Claus are looking forward to meeting you this holiday season. They will be taking all precautions to ensure everyone's safety.

Book your pet photos with Santa! Tickets must be pre-booked. One of Santa's helpers will contact you after your ticket purchase to confirm available time slots. 

The Bow Valley SPCA will be on-site highlighting the amazing work they do in our community

Please enter the building via Main Lobby. We kindly request that you DO NOT enter with Pets until your scheduled time for the comfort of all of our guests 

We ask that you read the below information and assure to follow all guidelines. 

• Your visit with Santa must be pre booked. No walk-ins will be accepted. 
• If anyone is feeling unwell, experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, has been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or been to a COVID hotspot please reschedule your booking. 
• Unfortunately, as we have limited sessions, we require 24 hours notice to give us the opportunity to fill the booking for a refund.
• Please don’t arrive early for your booked session as you will not be able to queue until your session time starts.
• Maintain your distance to other families and follow social distancing indicators when waiting to see Santa.
• Use hand sanitizer on entry to the Santa Set.
• Due to social distancing unfortunately family members will NOT be able to high five Santa, sit on the throne next to Santa or sit on Santa’s knee. All family members will need to remain 2 metres from Santa and Mrs. Clause 

During these uncertain times, we ask for your support and understanding. Santa and Mrs. Clause are doing everything they can to make your Santa Photo experience magical and safe. Please respect and listen to their instructions.
