Chris Ma is a prolific Scarborough-based artist, multi-instrumentalist and producer, who has been consistently releasing albums, EPs, and singles of varying genres and themes since 2015. They have always produced, mixed and mastered their music themselves, and released their work quickly without fanfare for most of their career in relative obscurity until recently. There is a fluidity in genre present through their discography, shifting sound with each release, with their upcoming 14th album drawing from folk, jazz, progressive rock, and fusion, inspired by fellow musician collaborators. Their work often focuses on grandiose themes of humanity, queerness, and climate change but through a distinctly personal lens.

Gio is a Filipino multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, producer, and arranger based in Toronto, Canada. His work spans piano performance, sound design, recording, and mixing, blending improvisation and synthesis across genres. Gio has performed in a variety of roles, including as a side musician, concertmaster (for violin), string quintet member, and bandleader. He produces and releases music as Tenkou, and composes/arranges pieces for Harana Kwintet. Harana Kwintet is a folk-fusion group that fuses traditional Filipino styles of music with modern grooves and harmony. Gio's upcoming record, Harana Kwintet Vol. 1, features his songwriting in Tagalog alongside collaborative compositions and arrangements developed with the ensemble.
