By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you undesrstand and agree to be filmed and recorded for a Choir! Choir! Choir! Video. And you irrivocably agree to the following: I irrevocably grant permission to Choir! Choir! Choir! and Dabu Productions. the right to use, reuse, and publish, all or any part of photographs and/or motion pictures and/or voice recordings and/or written/spoken statements taken of me on the date(s) and at the location(s) listed on the face of this ticket (the Photos/Recordings), taken during the performance of “Choir! Choir! Choir!” (Program), in any media now or hereafter known, including the internet, for the purpose set forth below, and for any related Dabu Productions Inc. purposes, including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, and advertising, without restriction.
