Experience an intimate Chef’s Table-style dinner at one of Jasper’s premier restaurants: Evil Dave's Grill, Olive Bistro, Silverwater, or Papa George's.

Gather around a shared table and enjoy five chef-curated courses, with each restaurant presenting a unique menu designed to delight your palate. Wine & Spirit representatives will guide you through the tasting notes of expert pairings, while sharing the stories behind each pour.

Two seating times are available: 7:00 PM. Savour an evening of gourmet cuisine, world-class wines, and cozy winter charm.
