All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment through Showpass. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, refund requests may be considered within 7 days of the reschedule announcement. Card and performers are subject to change without notice.
