Description

Back by popular demand, this seminar focuses on the pleasures of pairing handmade meats with artisanal wines.  Wine expert Paul Watkin will co-host with Jerome Dudicourt of Oyama Sausage Co., one of BC’s best known and respected shops. Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of a selection of Oyama charcuterie paired with artisanal wines that illustrate how complementary matches enhance the flavours of both.
