All too often sparkling wine from around the world is referred to as Champagne. Sparkling wine produced in this French region is the only sparkling wine in the world legally allowed to be labeled Champagne. For this evening we will taste an incredible range of fine bubbly from different house, sub regions and styles. We concur with Lily, an obligatory tasting it is.
