ChamberFest West's Annual Fundraiser:
An Intimate Gathering of Extraordinary Talent

Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and wine while experiencing an intimate performance by violinist Amy Schwartz Moretti and drummer and percussionist Steve Moretti, joined by an exceptional gathering of musicians for a unique evening of music.

In this exclusive setting, audiences will experience the performers up close in a wide-ranging program that moves from Telemann, Mozart and Bartók to Appalachian influences, blues, tango and rock ’n’ roll.

Amy Schwartz Moretti is an acclaimed American violinist, educator, and member of the Ehnes Quartet. From 2007 to 2026, she was founding Director of Mercer University’s McDuffie Center for Strings. A former concertmaster of The Florida Orchestra and Oregon Symphony, she has also guest-concertmastered major U.S. orchestras. Her honours include Musical America’s “Top 30 Professionals of the Year” and the Macon Arts Alliance Cultural Award.

Steve Moretti is a Grammy-nominated drummer, percussionist, producer, and co-founder of Macon Pops. His wide-ranging career includes performances with artists such as Josh Groban and Rosemary Clooney and with leading ensembles including the Atlanta Symphony and Cleveland Orchestra. A two-time Grammy nominee, he has also appeared in Clint Eastwood’s Jersey Boys and served on the Recording Academy’s Atlanta Chapter Board of Governors.
