The Ennis Sisters

Born and raised in a musical family, the Ennis Sisters (Maureen, Teresa and Karen) grew up singing the Irish Newfoundland tunes they heard on the radio when their parents weren’t making music of their own. They returned to their roots with their album Stages after having picked up JUNO and SOCAN Awards, multiple East Coast Music Awards, and other honours along the way. From JUNO Awards to Juno Beach, where they represented Canada with a magnificent performance at the D-Day centennial on June 6, 2019, the buttery, ethereal sibling harmonies of the Ennis Sisters uplift audiences and transport them to another place, all the while remaining firmly grounded in the Rock.
