Description

Join us for an evening of Celtic Music played by some of the best in the region. There will be a concert from 8pm to 10pm, with a jam to follow, so bring your instruments and get in on the fun.

This month's Celtic Celebration features JJIG

The four members of JJIG (James Justin Ian Greg) are among the best players of traditional celtic music in the region. Those of you who know the local scene will already be familiar with the playing of James Stephens (fiddle/mandolin/ cittern), Justin Thériault (flute/whistle/irish pipes), Ian Clark (guitar), and Greg Brown (fiddle/concertina, bouzouki). There will be tunes. There will be songs.
Get ready for a great night of real Irish, Scottish and Canadian folk music!

Red Bird is an 80 capacity soft seat venue located in Old Ottawa South. We've designed and programmed the space to give the best experience in live music for Canadian and International musicians and concert goers.
