TICKET INFORMATION: Once you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation email from Showpass on behalf of Cavendish Beach Music Festival. Tickets are non-refundable. You will NOT receive a barcode as wristbands will be shipped to you prior to the festival. Please ensure that the address entered on your order is correct.
Orders placed after the shipping cut off, roughly estimated to be 1 month prior to the festival, June 2026, you will receive a confirmation email including your tickets from Showpass, which will contain a barcode that you will bring a box office to receive your wristbands. Final shipping cut off and box office hours to be confirmed closer to the 2026 festival. 
IMPORTANT: If you cannot locate the confirmation email check your junk/spam folder or, login to your Showpass Account to view your tickets.

A truly elevated experience. Our Sunroof guests enjoy everything that the VIP pass provides, plus:

<li>Includes access to the partially covered rooftop deck and general admission VIP</li>
<li>Sunroof entrance to festival grounds </li>
<li>Free WIFI powered by Cisco </li>
<li>Premium bar service and additional culinary experiences </li>
<li>The Sunroof experience is available as a 3-day pass </li>
<li>Sunroof is not wheelchair accessible. </li>

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds.

<li>Do not remove, stretch, or tamper with your wristband or it will be void. There is a $20 Wristband Replacement Fee for wristbands that have been lost, damaged, or tightened too tight before placing on wrist.</li>
<li>The ONLY valid ticketing provider and resell platform is Showpass. We will NOT accept any other third party tickets (example: Stubhub, etc). </li>
<li>Prices and lineup are subject to change. </li>
