Cochrane Economic Development and Alberta IoT Association proudly present Building Smart Cities with IoT Technology.

On Monday, November 4th at the Cochrane RancheHouse we welcome everyone with an interest in Building Smart Cities with IoT Technology to join us for an illuminating evening of discussion and networking. 

Our Keynote speakers, Matt Ludwig and Patrick Giroux, are both Solution Architects in PCL’s Business Technology team. As part of PCL Construction's strategy to integrate IoT and advanced analytics, PCL is building smarter via their IoT Smart Construction platform, Job Site Insights, to drive increased sustainability, productivity, and quality while reducing insurance costs and warranty claims. 

We will also hear from Jeff Genung, Mayor of Cochrane about the Town's role in Alberta's growing tech sector.

Brenda Beckedorf, Executive Director of Alberta IoT, will give a brief presentation on the Association's goals, membership growth, and share some of our upcoming events.

A few of Alberta IoT's member companies will be positioned at tables throughout the room displaying their products/services and they will answer your questions about IoT Technology and Alberta IoT. We will also have focused networking areas and a door prize draw just before the conclusion of the event.
