An exciting celebration of music, wine, and community! Featuring musical offerings from Hannah Epperson, wine and snacks from chef Kovic Prévost of Is That French, this evening will be sure to tantalize the senses and invigorate the imagination.

Neoclassical indie-folk meets art pop

With violin, loop pedal, voice and innovative rhythmic improvisations with proximate objects, Hannah Epperson builds bridges and gathers soundscapes and people together in transfiguring moments. Named by Bandcamp as “one of the most stunningly unconventional artists making music today,” renowned musicologist/critic Ted Gioia chose her debut album Upsweep as one of the Top 3 recordings of 2016, calling it “unique, haunting, addictive.” Classically trained, her genre-bending violin looping and singing was enriched by apprenticeships with the fiddler of acclaimed Deseret String Band and studio work and performances with Fleet Foxes, Dirty Projectors, Julianna Barwick and Ry X.

With a long-standing interest in the stories behind food and wine, Prévost understands the importance of storytelling in enhancing the culinary journey.
