Your exclusive ticket grants you access to an intimate, early evening gala, followed by guaranteed admission to the main New Year's Eve party at Bridie Molloy's!

Your Ticket Includes:

• A Gourmet 3-Course Dinner: Start your night with a delicious, specially curated New Year's Eve menu.

• Live Piano Entertainment: Enjoy the talents of Alex Dinn at the keys, providing a stellar soundtrack during dinner and building the excitement right up to the Dublin countdown.

• The Dublin Countdown (8:30 PM): Join us for our first complimentary champagne toast as we celebrate the arrival of the New Year in Dublin time!

• Late Night Poutine: Fuel your dancing with complimentary late-night poutine served during the second half of the party!

• Second Half Admission: Your dinner ticket guarantees your admission for the remainder of the evening's entertainment.

• The St. John's Countdown (12:00 AM): Join the roaring crowd for the biggest moment of the night! We'll mark the official Newfoundland New Year with our second complimentary glass of champagne.

• 6:00 PM: Doors Open / Guest Arrival

• 6:30 PM: 3-Course Dinner Service Begins (with live piano from Alex Dinn)

• 8:30 PM: Dublin Midnight Countdown (Complimentary Champagne Toast)

• 9:00 PM Onwards: The main Bridie Molloy's NYE party kicks off!

• 12:00 AM: St.John's Midnight Countdown (Complimentary Champagne Toast)

The Gala Dinner: A Taste of Two Midnights 3-Course Menu 

Celebrate the dual countdown with a delicious 3-course meal showcasing the best of festive flavours and local inspiration.

First Course: Scallop & Potato Chowder

A rich, creamy, and warming chowder featuring sweet scallops and hearty potato.

Second Course: (Choice of)

 Choose one of our three decadent main courses:

• Lemon & Thyme Roasted Chicken Linguine: A tender roasted chicken breast served over linguine, tossed in a luxurious champagne cream sauce.

• Molasses & Guinness Braised Beef Short Rib: Slow-cooked beef short rib infused with molasses and classic Guinness stout. Served alongside smooth mashed potatoes featuring creamed leeks, roasted garlic, and bacon, with a side of perfectly buttered carrots.

• Roasted Salmon Fillet: A delicate roasted salmon fillet topped with a rich Cajun lobster and mushroom cream sauce. Accompanied by herb-roasted baby potatoes and fresh broccolini.

Third Course: Blueberry & Lemon Crème Brûlée

     A refreshing yet comforting classic. A silky vanilla custard infused with bright lemon and Newfoundland           blueberries, finished with a crisp, caramelized sugar crust.
