• Confirmation received within 48 hours of booking (subject to availability)

• Minimum age: 8 years; minimum height: 1.2 meters (4 feet)

• Children (under 15 years) must be accompanied by an adult (max 3 children per adult)

• Participants aged 75+ require a Certificate of Fitness signed by a doctor

• Pregnant participants under 24 weeks require medical clearance; 24+ weeks cannot climb

• Photo ID required at check-in

• Alcohol must not be consumed prior; mandatory breath test applies (BAC limit 0.05%)

• Closed-toe rubber-soled shoes required (no leather/PVC soles)

• Climbers must have a reasonable level of fitness and full body control

• Not recommended for travelers with back problems, serious medical conditions, or heart issues

• Operates in all weather conditions (except electrical storms)

• Loose items including phones and cameras cannot be taken on the climb

• Failure to meet check-in time or conditions will result in cancellation without refund
