Brewery Tour and Brunch

Mornings can be rough, especially after a late night on the town. Luckily our brunch lasts until 3:00 PM so there is no rush to get out of bed.

The Deal: $20 ticket includes

• Brewery Tour
• Guided tasting featuring four 5oz local craft Mill Street Brew
• 1 Brunch menu item.

The beer featured in our tasting is only available at our Calgary Brewpub location!

1 Ticket must be purchased per guest.

 Please print off or bring a digital copy of your ticket.

On the tour you can expect to learn:

• The charactoristics of different hops, barley and yeast.  

• The basics of the steps involved in the brewing process.

• The Functionality of each piece of equiptment in the Brewery. 

• Sample tasting of our local craft beer in the fermentation or carbonation process, and a discription of each style

• Venison Hash topped with a smoked tomato hollandaise

If 3pm is too early for you there are also Happy Hour option.
