Description

You're invited to Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo's fourth annual Brew at the Zoo!

Guests 21+ are invited to an after hours event at the zoo on Saturday, June 7, from 4-7 p.m. to enjoy an evening of live music, craft beer, animal encounters, food and more. All funds raised from Brew at the Zoo will directly support the zoo and our mission to educate, inspire, and secure a future for wildlife.

Tickets 

$50 - General Admission

$25 - Non-drinkers 

Tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets will not be available at the gate. 


All ticket sales include after hours admission to the zoo, animal encounters, beer tastings, food samples, entertainment from live bands, access to silent auction, games, and a commemorative souvenir cup. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available. 

This event is held rain or shine. 

All guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend, including non-drinkers; a valid government issued ID will be required along with your ticket upon admission. Babies, toddlers, children and pets are not permitted.

Guests can park in Lots 11A&B, behind the Gymnasium next to the zoo. Parking is free.

Policies & Regulations

  • This is a 21 and over event. A valid government issued ID must be presented with ticket upon entry. Babies, toddlers, and children are not permitted. Any guests under 21 years of age will not be admitted to the event, and tickets will not be refunded. There are NO exceptions. 
  • Ticket sales are non-refundable. This event is held rain or shine. 
  • Santa Fe College is a smoke free environment. All smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is prohibited. 
  • Do not attempt to resale tickets or purchase tickets from unauthorized sellers. Most of the time, these are scams and will not be honored at the gate. 
  • Guests are welcome to bring their own yard chairs or blanket. (Picnic tables, benches, and other seating will be available) 
  • Gates open at 4:00 p.m. 
  • Last call for beer pours is 6:45 p.m. 
  • Silent auction will run from 4-6 p.m. Final bids must be placed by 6:00 p.m. 
  • Staff reserves the right to remove anyone from this event who is disruptive to other guests or unable to abide by SF Teaching Zoo's safety protocols and other posted rules. 
  • Certified service animals are welcome at the zoo. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, a service animal is defined as a dog or miniature horse that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.  Pets and emotional support animals are prohibited. 
  • No outside alcohol. 
  • Drink responsibly!

The Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo, a unique 10-acre zoo in Gainesville, Florida, is the only zoo on a college campus accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA). The zoo is open every day from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management.
