Complete your breadmaking journey with Breadmaking Mastery 3.0, an immersive artisan bread workshop in Hamilton dedicated to three iconic European loaves: French Baguette, Sourdough, and Rye. This advanced, hands-on class is designed for passionate home bakers ready to explore traditional techniques, natural fermentation, and the nuanced relationship between flour, time, and temperature. 🍞
Over 4.5 hours, you’ll work directly with classic doughs that demand precision and patience. Learn how to shape and score baguettes for a crisp, crackling crust and open crumb, develop depth of flavour through wild sourdough fermentation, and handle rye doughs to create hearty, flavourful loaves with rustic character. Along the way, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of hydration control, fermentation timing, and how different flours influence structure, aroma, and taste.
This workshop goes beyond recipes, focusing on technique, observation, and hands-on repetition. With expert guidance, you’ll refine skills such as dough handling, proofing decisions, and baking strategies that help produce consistent, bakery-quality results at home. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• All workshop tickets are final sale
• 48 hours’ notice required via info@chocolatetales.ca for rescheduling
• Eligible changes receive store credit
• Late changes (under 48 hours) incur a $19 fee per ticket
• Weather-related concerns may qualify for full credit or rescheduling

Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. To reschedule/cancel a booking we require a minimum notice of 48 hours in advance via email to: info@chocolatetales.ca. Once notice is provided tickets are eligible for a full store credit. Store credits can be used to book another class or to purchase chocolate from our online store. If less than 48 hours notice is provided for any reason, Chocolate Tales will deduct $19 off the value of each ticket and provide a store credit accordingly. Force majeure reasons will be assessed.
