Carlie Smith from Niagara is back at it… third conference in a row hosting the pre-party (you may remember Ranchman’s Cookhouse & Dancehall chaos in Calgary and the Nashville dance floor takeover).

This year? She's teamed up with Doug Cabral, if anyone knows a good country night, its him!
We’re doing it bigger. Louder. And right here in Niagara.

Welcome to Big Texas - where 400 of your favourite Royal LePage agents will gather for one night that sits somewhere between “networking event” and “questionable life choices.”

🎉 What You’re Signing Up For

• 400 tickets. That’s it. No squeezing in after.
• A professional line dancing instructor (8–10 PM) to get you from “confused shuffle” to “cowboy-adjacent.” 
• Unlimited mechanical bull rides all night long… dignity not included
• Your first two drinks on us to loosen the hips and lower expectations
• A few surprise elements… because we like a little chaos

And let’s be clear:
Line dancing is absolutely not mandatory.

There’s plenty of space to hang back, grab a drink, and reconnect with your people. The ones you only get to see once a year. The ones who get it. The ones who remember your worst deal and your best one.

Doors Open: 7:00 PM
Line Dancing Lessons: 8:00 – 10:00 PM
Wrap-Up: 11:00 PM sharp (you’ve got Shelterpalooza the next day… hydrate accordingly)

5769 Ferry St, Niagara Falls
(3–5 minute drive from the host hotels)

⚠️ Important Notes (a.k.a. Read This)

• No food on site → eat before you arrive unless you enjoy dancing on an empty stomach
• Royal LePage crew only → agents, spouses, admin… your people
• Wear something you can move in. Or fall off a bull in. Your call.

$80 per person
Includes full access to the event + your first two drinks

100% of proceeds go to Birchway Niagara, supporting women and families fleeing domestic violence across South Niagara.
