Blue Jay Sessions: Spring Remix

Calgary, it has been a minute! Now that the snow has melted and the weather is warming up (hopefully?!), we are BACK with a spring edition of our sessions.

Join us at The Prairie Emporium from May 26-29 for Blue Jay Sessions: Spring Remix, a series of songwriters' rounds featuring 20 talented Canadians singer-songwriters hailing from Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan and Ontario.

Performers include a wide range of talent Megan Dawson, Flaysher, Alex Hughes, Natalia Chai, Aaron Pollock, Tania Joy, Genevieve Fisher, TAYLR, The Rural Routes, Dani Strong and many more!

A limited amount of early bird tickets for each session are now on sale until Sunday, May 1 for $15. Don't miss out!

Of course you'll be soaking up plenty of amazing music, but in honour of our "spring remix" theme, we are encouraging our Blue Jay Fam to get creative with a cover song mash-up or maybe even a cool collab with another performer in their round. Creativity is abound and the sky is the limit!

Now that its spring, our food truck is back in action, so for food we'll be serving up sandwiches, hot dogs, fries, chips and homemade dips and salads. When it comes to drinks, our coolers will be stocked full of Russell Brewing Co. craft beer, spirits, cider and wines curated by Bricks Wine Co.

A selection of Libra non-alcoholic beer and non-alcoholic canned cocktails will also be available.

The May 29th brunch session's menu will include breakfast sandwiches, avo toast, cinnamon buns, plenty of mimosas (obviously!), coffee, Russell Brewing Co. beer and much more.
