Blue Crew fan zone packages are limited and may sell-out quickly, purchase early to ensure you'll be part of the fun and be entered into the early-bird draw for snack-stocked Stadium Seating. This package is only available to current VIU students and may not be purchased by visiting students from other universities, or by friends or family members of VIU students.

Q: I purchased a Blue Crew package, WHERE & WHEN do I pick it up?
A: Your package will be available at the VIUSU Office front desk (B.193) at 9am on Monday, March 6th. Must present Showpass receipt with QR code and photo I.D. at pick-up. Pass pick-up will only be available during regular office hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm).

Q: I purchased a Blue Crew package but can no longer attend the events, can I transfer my package to another person?
A: Yes - A package may be transferred to another VIU student BEFORE it is picked up from the VIUSU office. To request a transfer, email campuslife@viusu.ca.

Q: I'm not a VIU student, can I purchase a Blue Crew package? 
A: No – Blue Crew packages are exclusive to current VIU students. This package is curated by the VIU Students' Union, a non-profit organization who provides services to VIU students.

Q: Does the Blue Crew All Access Pass guarantee me a seat at VIU games during the championship?
A: No – the Blue Crew All Access Pass ensures entry to the game with exclusive access to a limited reserved seating area. If seating is full in the Blue Crew fan zone area, you'll be permitted to sit in any unclaimed seats elsewhere. Blue Crew seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Q: Does the Blue Crew All Access Pass guarantee me entry to the Students' Union Pub?
A: No – The Blue Crew All Access Pass ensures you a 50% discount on one meal from the pub during championship dates only (March-11). All pub patrons must be 19+ and present valid I.D. Blue Crew pass holders who are under 19 may receive a 50% discount on one take-out meal. Must present All Access Pass and photo ID to redeem discount.

Q: How can I redeem the 20% discount on merchandise?
A: Mariner Merchandise will be available for sale in the gym during championship dates. You must present your Blue Crew All Access Pass and student ID card to redeem discount. All items are final sale.

Q: I won the Stadium Seating contest, do I get to keep the seats?
A: No, but you get exclusive access to use them during the whole tournament (but the seats must remain in the gym and will be restocked with snacks each day).
