• Each Ticket is valid for a singular Field Hunt Ticket at the time slot/age group selected.
• These tickets are a one-time-use only, and must be presented at the field entrance in a visible format for scanning. (printed is best)
• Limited parking is available and free on the grounds, but if you live locally, walking to the grounds is encouraged!
• Entrance is at 2600 Regional Rd 56, Binbrook ON, L0R 1C0 for both pedestrians and vehicles.
• The event runs from 9:30am to 2:00pm, with specific timed hunt times during the event. Please be sure to arrive at the hunt field 30 minutes prior to your selected hunt time.
• The sensory friendly/accessible hunt which is new this year is geared towards children that are differently labeled including those with mobility issues and those with sensory sensitivities. This hunt will be held at the same location but at a different field to accommodate for mobility requirements.
• New in 2026! We have split the preschool hunt into two time slots; one at 10am and the other at 10:30am and the Grade 5/6 + hunt will be held on the sensory hunt field rather than the main hunt field location.
