EVENT GUIDELINES

The health and safety of every single guest, performer, staff member and volunteer is of the utmost importance. This event is held in accordance with Alberta Health Services guidelines so our priority #1 is having a great time together - while being safe!

As much fun as you can have in your car…

  • Each ticket is good for ONE vehicle. People sharing a vehicle should be from the same household or cohort. Know who is in your vehicle and how to contact them.
  • The Drive-in gates will open 45 minutes prior to the show or when the vehicles have cleared from the previous show.
  • Each performance will be 60 minutes.
  • Please stay in your vehicle at all times. While the show is designed to be short enough for most guests comfort, portable washrooms will be available (and monitored) for quick washroom breaks. Please respect social distancing protocols.

Illness of any kind…please stay home

  • If you or anyone in your group has health symptoms of any kind, we kindly ask that you not attend the event. Tickets are not refundable but they can be transferred electronically if you want to send someone in your place.
  • Please do not attend if you, or anyone in your group, has travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days.
  • We are all in this together, especially sitting in a vehicle! Let’s look out for on another and ensure that we all stay healthy and safe.

Size does matter

    • We will do our best to ensure everyone has the best site-lines possible.
    • Vehicles will be positioned based on the size of your vehicle. Motorhomes, RV’s, large trucks and passenger vans are discouraged and will be parked at the VERY back. Larger vehicles will NOT be allowed in the VIP parking section.

  • Parking Attendants will be onsite to direct you to your stall. Please comply with their direction upon entry and exit.

Need some fresh air

  • As noted, please stay in your vehicle at all times - this is a unique drive in concert experience and the concert can only be heard through your vehicle’s FM radio. Roll your windows down, turn your radio up and sing along!
  • Once parked, guests will be asked to turn off their ignition and avoid idling. Please turn off your lights and do not use your horn.

Food Service...bring you own

    • Please bring your own snacks and refreshments to keep your hydrated and happy.

  • Take your garbage with you - we will not have garbage cans onsite.

It’s a family show

  • This is a family friendly event. Consumption of cannabis or alcohol is prohibited at the drive-in.
  • Please, no smoking outside your vehicle. Do not drop your butts onto the dry grass.
  • We love your furry friends but, unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the drive-in.

How to get here

  • Enter the High River Agriculture Grounds off Highway 543 (64137 – Highway 543 East) and following signs and parking attendants.

After the show

  • The event emcee will give verbal direction regarding exciting/egress procedures. Please be patient during this time and comply with instructions from event staff.
  • Please note that we need to clear the site quickly to prepare for the next shows.

If you go, you are gone

  • Re-entry is not permitted if you decide to leave for any reason.

Thank you for respecting these guidelines. They are for everyone’s safety and enjoyment. Those who are unable to follow these guidelines will be asked to leave.
