PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY PURCHASING OR USING THIS TICKET YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

​Beyond the Veil by PurePsyence Events is an 18+, self care and P.L.U.R. focussed event.

​Government-issued photo ID is required for all ticket holders. Failure to present Photo ID proving your name and age will result in refused entry.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET TO THIS EVENT YOU ARE ALSO BUYING A MEMBERSHIP TO BOTH THE PUREPSYENCE AND OSCILL8 EVENT COLLECTIVES AND AS SUCH YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THIS PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP ONLY EVENT.

No exchanges or refunds on tickets, for any reason whatsoever, including if the Event is terminated early, cancelled due to extreme weather, acts of nature, government regulation or other conditions beyond the control of PurePsyence Events.

PurePsyence Events will not be responsible for lost tickets or passes and does not issue replacement tickets or passes. PurePsyence Events will not issue refunds for any failure or inability to use tickets due to illness, positive Covid-19 tests, acts of God, public health crisis, government restrictions, travel-related problems, or other conditions beyond the control of PurePsyence Events. Please ensure that you will be able to attend the Event before purchasing your tickets. Your ticket is valid only for the year on your PurePsyence the Gathering ticket.* PurePsyence Events reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to anyone without refund of ticket or pass. Tickets and passes are a revocable license and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation. Only purchase tickets from an authorized vendor or using the secure ticket exchange, you assume the risk of the ticket being invalid at the gate if you buy from other than authorized vendors. Any ticket that has been duplicated or tampered with is invalid.

PurePsyence Events reserves the right to change the programming without notification. Please ensure that you will be able to attend Beyond the Veil by PurePsyence BEFORE purchasing your tickets.

EVENT CANCELLATION* 

If an Event is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, your tickets and passes will be deferred to the next PurePsyence Events Event of the same type for which your Credentials were purchased. If an Event is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, you agree that aside from obtaining a deferral credit for your Credentials, you will have no remedy against PurePsyence Events at law, in equity or otherwise, including, without limitation, for a refund of payments made, expenses incurred, or any actual, consequential, or punitive loss or damages of any kind, regardless of whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or PurePsyence Events was advised of the same.

TRANSFERS

Transfers are permitted to a maximum of one transfer per ticket.

PurePsyence Events reserves the right to change the programming without notification.

Attendees may be searched upon entry. Prohibited items include illegal materials, alcohol, drugs, glass, and weapons. Prohibited items are subject to seizure. The Event is not responsible for any confiscated items. 

This is a NO SHOES venue, due to the stunning professional dance floors. If you have a medical reason for needing to wear shoes, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately shoes or boots that are part of a costume are also not permitted. We appreciate your understanding.

You voluntarily assume all risks & danger incidental to PurePsyence Events, including serious injury or death, and agree that the ticket issuer, associated agents & the facility owners are not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, or claims arising from the use of this ticket.

​ALCOHOL is not permitted on site.

GARBAGE Please ensure cigarette butts outside in the parking lot are not left on the ground. Out of courtesy of your fellow attendees, please do not smoke near the venue entrance.

GENERAL INFO & CONDITIONS

PurePsyence the Gathering tickets are non-refundable. By purchasing a PurePsyence the Gathering ticket, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. In the event PurePsyence the Gathering 2022 cannot take place, all valid tickets will be moved forward one year.

By purchasing a ticket you are consenting to having your email address added to the PurePsyence email list. This list is only used 3 or 4 times a year and you can opt out at any time.

By purchasing a ticket you are consenting to having yourself and those you purchase a ticket for being recorded for future use (for example by being uploaded to the Nokturnal/PurePsyence YouTube channel, as well as being live broadcast over the PurePeycence streaming portal.

UPDATES & TERMS

PurePsyence Events reserves the right to make changes to the Terms as posted, so be sure to check back and review the Terms prior to purchase.

Your tickets are being purchased from PurePsyence Events (the organizer).

Showpass’ services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Showpass’ fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Showpass will not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
