About the Instructor:

Malcolm Saunders' mission is to help you find, and learn how to craft your own food and medicine.
He is the Owner & Creative Visionary of the Light Cellar, on the faculty at Wild Rose College of Natural Healing and the author of two books about Elixir Crafting and Chocolate Alchemy.
