BC Beer & Beverage Festival

BC Beer & Beverage Festival features 50+ local craft breweries, cideries and wineries from throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland.

Produced by Fraser Valley Exhibition Centre, BC Beer & Beverage Festival, the Fraser Valley’s newest beer and beverage festival, will take place at TradeX in Abbotsford on Friday, March 17th.  The festival will highlight performances by Five Alarm Funk & Delhi 2 Dublin and include experiential elements, food, arcade games, an Irish Band to celebrate the St. Patrick’s Day vibe and DJ’s will be pumping out the tunes before the headliners take the stage and keep the party going strong.

Five Alarm Funk is a horn-powered percussion-fueled sonic and visual assault.  With over 19 years of hard funking, the band has burned up stages on four continents and released six studio albums and received two Junos.  Their epic, sweat-drenched live show are infused with an intense spirit of fun and is still what defines the band.

Equal parts raucous underground bass parties and all ages folk festivals, Delhi 2 Dublin’s always distinctive sound flows from high-level folk, alternative-pop and electronic beats, and has evolved into its own decisive genre, “Subcontinental Pop” - a name that conveys both its deep South Asian roots and its expansive, crazy-fun appeal.
