Specialty Dry-Aged Beef Dinner at The Barrington Steakhouse & Oyster Bar - In partnership with Atlantic Beef   

Experience how dry aging tenderizes and develops the intensity of beef's flavour in this 6-course culinary showcase. Enjoy caviar, foie gras, scallops, and an opportunity to sample the finest cuts of Atlantic Beef through 6 distinctive ages, from 0 days, 14 days, 28 days, 42 days, 56 days, to 70 days dry aged.  

Date: Thursday, May 30

Reservations begin at 5pm. Wine pairings available for an additional fee. 

Tickets: $175 plus taxes and fees (you will select the time of your reservation when selecting tickets)

Wine pairings: $75 plus taxes and fees (additional price on top of ticket price)

There are limited seatings per reservation. You and your party will be seated by staff upon arrival for your reservation.

 One: Caviar 

Trio of Acadian caviar, crème fraîche, chive, egg, chips, potato pavé, lemon 

 

Two: Foie 

Brioche, muscat-soaked golden raisin, raspberry gelée, pistachio  

 

Three: Scallops 

Bacon espuma, cauliflower purée, pickles, squid ink tuille  

 

Four: Striploin 

Aged 0/14/28 days, potato pavé, grilled broccolini, tomato, red wine jus  

 

Five: Striploin 

Aged 42/56/70 days, duchess potato, carrot, beet, red wine jus 

 

Six: Poached Pear 

Ginger crumble, cinnamon ice cream
