A: Infants in arms are admitted free of charge but must be carried at all times.

A: Strollers, wagons, and similar items are not permitted inside the venue. There is no stroller parking available.

A: All attendees, aside from infants in arms, require a valid ticket for entry.

Q: Can minors attend alone?
A: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Q: Do I need hearing protection?
A: Ear protection is recommended for all guests under 18. Hearing protection is not available for purchase or rent on-site and must be provided by a parent or guardian.

Q: Are the 'Live and Intimate' Concerts Indoors?
A: Yes, these concerts are in the Equi-Plex Building.

Q: Is there an age restriction?
A: No, this event is open to everyone. Everyone requires a ticket.

Q: When will I receive my tickets?
A: To prevent fraud, all tickets will be emailed to you 72 hours before the event.

Q: How much is parking?
A: Parking is complimentary, however, we have optional VIP close-proximity parking available at check out for $25/car (subject to availability).

A: Yes. Accessible parking, entrances, and viewing areas available.

Q: What if I can no longer attend?
A: Spruce Meadows is unable to facilitate refunds, however, you can exchange your tickets for another event of equal or greater value (subject to availability)
