FAIRMONT BANFF SPRINGS!

Tickets include: a la carte brunch, a welcome drink and performances by local Drag Queens, Argintina Haily, Visa De'Klein, Penny Tense and Felicia Bonée! Drink specials and prizes available onsite!

Herbed prairie grains, tomatoes, spinach, crispy chickpeas, ginger turmeric aioli, soft poached egg
Salmon Tartine served with coffee spiced breakfast potatoes
Herb boursin cheese spread, crispy capers, pickled onion, watercress, house baked everything bagel roll
