Bacon Day 2025

Thanks to the generosity and support of our sponsors, Southgate Audi & Irvings Farm Fresh, I am proud to say that Bacon Day is BACK! This year we will be celebrating it at Hayloft Steak + Fish on Friday, September 26th, for Bacon Day 2025, in support of MS Canada. 

Why support MS?

• Because it is Canada’s disease, we have the highest rates in the world.

• 12 people a day are being told life as they know it, will never be the same.

• MS doesn’t discriminate, and usually hits people in their prime.

• There is no known cause or cure, but there is hope…

Research has made life with MS more manageable, new medications and lifestyle adjustments have helped, but we want more.. we want a world free of  MS.

We are getting to the point where everyone knows someone who has MS.

For me that someone is my partner Patrycia. She was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2012. Since that time she has made it her mission to not let MS win, using her voice to help fundraise, to share her stories of struggle and strength, to be a mentor for so many newly diagnosed patients, and to be an advocate for those who can’t speak for themselves. Since the day we fell in love I knew that I would take up the fight, so that one day we could live in a world where NO ONE had to hear the words, “you have MS.”

That is why we have made the decision to focus this year’s Bacon Day fundraising towards our efforts to END MS. It would mean so much to us if you would join us on Friday, September 26th, as we celebrate all things pork, while helping to reach our goal of raising $20000.00 in support of MS Canada.

This year's event will include a Pig Roast, Charcuterie Table, Tray Passed Appetizers, Silent//Live Auction, and Live Music.
