Self Help Books was formed in a basement surrounded by a sea of beer cans and self doubt. They use positive melodies to be the soundtrack for people feeling a little bitter. They bring a fierce show, blending elements of Punk, Hardcore, Gypsy and Alternative music. Self Help Books is very thankful for all the support they have received!
