Meditation for ADHD | Nicki McKeon

Guided by Nicki McKeon, Ayurvedic Practitioner and experienced facilitator of transformative wellness experiences, this workshop reimagines meditation through a neurodivergent lens. Rather than forcing stillness, you’ll explore practices that work with your brain, not against it.

Through a series of short, engaging exercises, you’ll experiment with sensory, interoceptive, and movement-based anchors to discover what helps you feel focused, regulated, and present. This is a practical, exploratory session designed to help you build a personalized toolkit of techniques that align with your unique wiring.

Supportive, accessible, and freeing, this experience invites curiosity over judgment and offers a refreshing approach to what meditation can look like.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how your attention works, along with tools you can actually use in daily life.

The Dome
A bright, geometric alpine space with panoramic mountain views. Sheltered yet open to the elements, it offers a strong connection to nature with shifting light and fresh air. Dress in layers for changing conditions.
