ILEA Vancouver Gala – Award Submissions

*Please note that by submitting an award nomination, it does not include a ticket to the Gala. It does not come as part of your submission, just the right to have your submission considered for an award. 

This is your chance to share your favourite successes from calendar year 2024, and to enter to win an awesome award to place upon the mantle and show off on the socials!

We encourage ILEA members to submit nominations into any of the categories below.

Entry fees for award submissions will be $100 each, payment for which must be made through this SHOWPASS portal.

● Best Technical Support for an Event
● Best Entertainment Activation
● Best Event Produced for a Corporation or Association
● Best Fundraising Event
● Best Public Event
● Best Event Design and/or Decor up to $50,000
● Best Event Design and/or Decor $50,000 +
● Up and Coming Event Professional
● Event Professional of the Year
● Supplier of the Year (Non-Technical)
● Best D E I Initiative

Current Timeline:
April 12: Submissions open
May 20: Submission Deadline (extended until May 23rd!)
June 12: Winners will be announced at our 10th annual Awards Gala
