Barrington Steakhouse presents Autumn Harvest Dining Experience

Delight in the flavours of the harvest season with us.

Schedule:

6:30pm – Arrival 

Sip, mingle, and settle in. 

7:00pm – Live Chef Stations 

Each showcasing autumn’s richness from land to sea:  

• Oysters with apple cider mignonette, pickled cranberries, horseradish crème, and lemon  
• Carved Porchetta with apple mostarda and cider jus  
• Seared Scallops & Autumnal Chowder with squash, bacon, and smoked haddock 
• Smoked Salmon with juniper crème fraîche on brown bread with pickled onion and dill 

8:00pm – Three-Course Dinner 

After your tasting experience, take your seat and delight in the full flavours of the harvest season: 

First 

Harvest Salad 
Beets, apples, candied walnuts, goat cheese, maple vinaigrette

Lobster knuckle, brown butter

Seared Tenderloin 
Celeriac purée, braised red cabbage, red wine jus

Tickets are $215 + tax and fee. Gratuity is included in ticket price.
