Ashwyn Singh is a stand-up comedian, musician, and writer whose work blends incisive humor with heartfelt social commentary. An Indian immigrant turned Canadian resident, Ashwyn draws on his unique perspective to explore themes of cultural identity, immigration, and family with wit and relatability.His viral Desi Translations series, which has over 40 million views, celebrates the artistry of Hindi and Urdu lyrics by reinterpreting everyday English phrases.

Featured on Canada’s Got Talent, CBC’s The Debaters, and major comedy festivals like Winnipeg and Halifax, Ashwyn has opened for acclaimed acts such as Mark Normand, Sammy Obeid, and Zarna Garg, establishing himself as a standout talent in comedy.

Accessibility

Please note that the venue has two separate spaces, upstairs and downstairs. All show listings should indicate which room they’re in on the description. Please ensure you note the location as both spaces do not have the same level of accessibility. 

The front entrance has power assisted doors. 

There’s a powered lift from street level to the main performance space. For more information on the limitations of our lift, please check out our website.

The venue has six private washrooms on the main floor, one of which is fully accessible with a power assisted door. The theatre doors to the main space are not power assisted at this time. The second floor is not accessible and is up two flights of stairs.

We encourage patrons requiring wheelchair seating message us ahead of performances so we can arrange seating at niki@littlemountaingallery.ca
