Fun Facts: March’s Birthstones include Aquamarine & Bloodstone, while its flowers are the Daffodil & Jonquil. It also marks the beginning of spring in the Northern Hemisphere (and autumn in the Southern). Named after Mars, the Roman god of war, it signifies a transition in weather and nature. The vernal equinox brings spring to the Northern Hemisphere, often characterized by unpredictable "lion and lamb" weather. The full moon is known as the Worm Moon.
