Description

Join the Artists from the Asian Roots Trio Exhibition, Noah Richardson, Ken Richardson and Yu Chen at the ASA Gallery for a LIVE Hanfu drawing session.The ASA Gallery will also be open during the event and all attendees are invited to view the Asian Roots Trio Exhibition.

Tickets for this event are REQUIRED to ensure adequate space. Tickets are a recommended minimum donation of $20 per person*. All guests will receive a complementary beverage. ASA Members and invited guests only. This event is limited to those 18 years of age or older.

Tickets go on sale Friday July 15, 2022 12:00 (noon).

Event Parking is free.The event is on the second floor, if you require elevator access or if you have any accessibility requirements please contact the Program Coordinator of the ASA at coordinator@albertasocietyofartists.com in advance of the event.

Because the space being used is a part of the gallery, we ask that you do not bring any media that could be messy (oil paints, charcoal) you may bring sketchbooks, pencils, pens, watercolour block palettes, portable watercolour brushes, and brush pens.Tables, stools, chairs, and couches will be available for participants, in addition to standing space for those who prefer to be on their feet.

Due to the space limitations we do not anticipate having easel space.

Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend please contact the Program Coordinator at the Alberta Society of Artists coordinator@albertasocietyofartists.com. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to be eligible for a refund. All attendees must be over 18 years of age and have valid government issue photo identification while at the event. Failure to provide proof of age does not qualify you for a full or partial refund.
