Join us for a special Art After Hours on January 24th, done in collaboration with Shivering Songs, enjoy live music by Burning Hell, Warped Dogwood, and Nick Scofield. Guests will be able to explore the gallery’s exceptional collection and current exhibitions, while also taking part in light hands-on art activities. The Harrison McCain Pavillion doors open at 8:30pm. Youth (19-25 years old) and Members get a 20% discount.

Orchidae

Orchidae is the project of Gatineau based Canadian Taiwanese artist Yolande Laroche. Her debut album True Beginning, out April 4 2025 (Birthday Cake Records) marks Yolande's first step as a lead songwriter after a decade of experience playing as a core member of art-rock band Pony Girl (Paper Bag Records). With a background in clarinet, she combines her classical training with avant-pop elements, creating a sound that is both intimate and profound as she traverses confident electronic pop songs to heartfelt piano ballads. Exploring themes of self-discovery, transformation and personal growth, Yolande's project Orchidae sees the artist in full bloom.

A midwinter celebration of songwriting and storytelling, and flagship partner of Fredericton FROSTival, Shivering Songs hosts internationally renowned artists in historic and intimate spaces throughout Downtown Fredericton, on the unceded territory of the Wolastoqiyik people.

Ticket Refund Policy

Ticket buyers can request a refund (before the date of any performance) with one exception, the payment processor will withhold a service fee of 5% from total ticket price. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. If an event is rescheduled or canceled ticket buyers will be notified with options including a refund.
