Height & Safety Requirements – Please note that all rides have specific height and safety restrictions set by West Coast Amusements. Guests must meet these requirements to ride, and some attractions may require an accompanying adult.

🐂 Wednesday, September 2nd- Saturday Pro Rodeo Finals, September 5th

Canadian Professional Rodeo Association is excited to announce that the IPE & Stampede will not only continue to host the Pro Tour Finale in 2026 but will return to an expanded full tournament Finale format. The event returns to a full tournament format, shifting from a regular tour stop to a multi-day, high-stakes Finale.

Rough Stock Events

Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding & Bull Riding

In these adrenaline-pumping events, a contestant’s score depends equally on their performance and the animal’s. To earn a qualified ride, the cowboy must stay on for eight full seconds, using only one hand. Touching the animal, themselves, or their equipment with their free hand results in disqualification.

For Saddle Bronc and Bareback Riding, riders must “mark out” their horse—exiting the chute with their spurs set above the horse’s shoulders, keeping them there until the horse’s front feet touch the ground after the first jump. Failing to do so leads to disqualification.

Timed Events

Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Tie-Down Roping, Ladies Breakaway, Barrel Racing & Steer Roping

Cowboys and cowgirls race against the clock to post the fastest time. In steer wrestling and roping events, calves and steers are given a head start, and contestants must wait for a barrier to release before pursuing. Breaking the barrier results in a 10-second penalty.

PBR (Professional Bull Riding)

Sunday, September 6

The Professional Bull Riders (PBR) event brings the world’s top bull riders to the IPE for a high-intensity showdown. As the largest bull riding league in the world, PBR sanctions hundreds of events across the U.S., Canada, Brazil, and Australia. Get ready for a thrilling night of action as fearless cowboys take on powerful, rank bulls in an ultimate test of skill, strength, and grit.

Cap off the night at the official PBR After-Party Dance! Featuring live music from The Shawn Lightfoot Band

*Rodeo and PBR ticket holders receive general admission access starting 2 hours before the event begins, but no earlier than 5:30 PM

🎶 Join us Friday and Saturday night in the big white tent for the legendary IPE Barn Dance! Back by popular demand, Appaloosa will be rocking the stage with high-energy live music that’ll keep you dancing all night long.

But the party doesn’t stop there!

Stick around for the Sunday PBR After Party, featuring live music by The Shawn Lightfoot Band—the perfect way to wrap up an epic fair weekend.

Whether you're two-stepping with friends or just soaking in the electric fair atmosphere, the IPE Barn Dance and After Party are the place to be!
