Après Wine

Raise a glass to Jasper in January’s newest culinary experience. Après Wine is an intimate, guided evening involving four of Jasper's favourite restaurants: Evil Dave's Grill, Olive Bistro, Papa George's , and Silverwater.

Your ticket gives you access to up to 40 wineries samplings, with chef-inspired bites celebrating bold, regional flavors.

Guests can choose their starting location from one of four participating venues, with 25 spots available at each starting location. Dress up, relax, and soak in the winter magic without worrying about the cold. Each stop includes a 45-minute guided tasting, where our wine representatives will share the story behind each pour.

On Saturday 17th January experience an intimate Chef’s Table-style dinner at one of Jasper’s premier restaurants: Evil Dave's Grill, Olive Bistro, Silverwater, or Papa George's.

Gather around a shared table and enjoy five chef-curated courses, with each restaurant presenting a unique menu designed to delight your palate. Wine & Spirit representatives will guide you through the tasting notes of expert pairings, while sharing the stories behind each pour.

Complimentary shuttles for Après Wine ONLY will transport guests between locations throughout the evening. When purchasing tickets for Après Wine, your starting point options will be made available. We recommend taking public transportation or taxi services to your starting location.
