Annual General Meeting

EMMEDIA invites members to attend our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will run in-person at EMMEDIA and online via Zoom.

We will reflect on EMMEDIA's past fiscal year and our plans for the future. Members are encouraged to ask questions, raise concerns, discuss our activities and plans, and vote on matters requiring member approval.This is an opportunity to celebrate the work and people who have contributed to EMMEDIA’s continued growth and to consider where we go from here.

 

We are also seeking new board members and members of our fundraising committee.

As we look towards our next chapter, we need engaged members and community leaders who can help us build a strong and sustainable future. In particular, the fundraising committee will play an important role in:

• supporting and developing a capital campaign
• building relationships with donors, funders, partners, and the broader community
• developing a strategy for long-term financial self-sustainability
• helping establish the resources needed for EMMEDIA’s continued programming and operations.
