Based on the popular syndicated comic strip, Annie is a hero who's super power is ingenuity and guts. It's a musical about the necessity and perils of optimism, with an eye on realities and a gear for change. Featuring unforgettable songs like, "Tomorrow" and "It's A Hard Knock Life" - this new production delivers joy, edge and inspiration. General:
YES Theatre does not offer refunds or credits. 
Exchanges can be made based on availability within the same production&semi; we require a minimum of 8 hours notice prior to show time. Once a performance has concluded, unused tickets can no longer be exchanged unless the time requirement has been met.
All exchanges are subject to a $5.00 + HST fee per order&semi; Season Subscribers &amp; Believers are entitled to (1) free exchange per production.
Unused credits included with the purchase of a season’s subscription are forfeited once the corresponding production has concluded its run. If you can't attend a production, you can notify the theatre in advance to receive a tax receipt for the value of your tickets.
 
Refettorio Inclement Weather:
Performances cancelled due to inclement weather are ineligible for refunds.
Ticket holders will be notified of weather cancellations via email and will be automatically rebooked free of charge. If you cannot attend the date we’ve selected, tickets can be exchanged to an alternate date/time pending availability.
If no tickets remain or a final performance has been cancelled, a refund will be provided.

Tickets sold for all 3rd party events are subject to the promoter's refund policy.
Exchanges are not applicable toward 3rd party events.
