AMS/TAL: Lobster Mushroom Night!

The Artist Lounge, in partnership with Meta4foods, is delighted to welcome you to a special fine dining evening and fundraiser in support of the Alberta Mycological Society. This unique event will celebrate the rich and diverse world of mushrooms, with a spotlight on the remarkable lobster mushroom! We will also be hosting a silent auction that evening with items from Meta4foods, the Fungi Florist, the Alberta Mycological Society, the Artist Lounge, and more! 

The menu, curated by guest chefs Chris Rivest and Jeremy Theoret, with wine pairings: 

Lobster mushroom bisque w/ Alberta rye bread 

Lobster mushroom ravioli with burre de homard 

Alberta Striploin medallion with lobster mushroom vol au vent and wild mushroom Demi glace. 

Chanterelle Sorbet with Saskatoon berry syrup 

*Please note that multiple courses in this tasting menu will include shellfish.

We will also be serving an array of specialty cocktails inspired by the evening's theme!
