DJ Kav Bio

DJ Kav has built a name for himself as one of the biggest DJ’s in Canada, and as one of the few DJ’s worldwide that reaches millions of listeners monthly.
To club goers, DJ Kav is best known as a nightclub DJ, as well as a member of the Drum N DJ brand. DJ Kav along with the Drum N DJ brand, have played parties across Canada, Cayman Islands, Jamaica and several other international dates. To radio listeners, DJ Kav is the afternoon radio personality who holds down Calgary’s #1 mixshow on 90.3 Amp Radio for over 10 years. This includes a daily mixshow at 5pm, Thursday mornings and Friday nights. He also holds down the Throwback SixMix Daily at noon and 10pm along with a Saturday Night 6ixMix on Flow 93-5 in Toronto. In addition, DJ Kav has secured a syndicated Saturday night mixdown in its 10th year. DJ Kav has also won the “Best Of Calgary” award for 2019 and 2020.
The key to DJ Kav’s success is his versatility and ability to “feel” the energy of the people in the room. DJ Kav’s broad musical taste and experience make him a confident party DJ, that can rock mainstream venues to private celebrity parties. 1. We are in compliance with Alberta Health Services. Help prevent the spread. Be Informed – www.alberta.ca/covid19
2. Please do not attend if you are sick or showing any signs of Covid-19 (Fever, Cough, Sore Throat, Sniffles, Extreme Tiredness, Difficulty Breathing) or if Self-Isolating. If you are unable to attend the show a ticket was purchased for, due to COVID - 19 circumstances, there will be no refunds or credits - no exceptions. Ticket name transfers may be considered no more than 72 hours prior to 4pm of show day.
3. Masks or face-coverings are Mandatory in all Indoor Public Places in Calgary. ie. Lobby, elevators, hallways, etc. Please bring your own masks or face-coverings and stay 2 meters apart from people.
4. Masks do not have to be worn in your room or on the balconies within your cohort/ bubble, unless you cannot social distance from another cohort or bubble.
5. 4 People Maximum to an Elevator.
6. Families are welcome, as this show is all-ages. Please do not leave your children unattended in the room or on the balconies.
7. There is No Smoking allowed of any kind in the rooms, on the balconies or pool deck. If you must, please smoke outside at least 5 meters from the main entrance.
8. People sharing a room must be from the same household, cohort or bubble.
9. There is a strict maximum 4 ppl per room. No room swapping, moving to or visiting other rooms. It is Strictly not allowed to prevent potential spread.
10. No glassware on the balconies, No Leaning over on the balcony railings, No standing on chairs, Do not throw or drop anything from the balcony, No spitting whatsoever.
11. Filming of this event will take place on the premises. By entering the hotel property, you are hereby granting the rights for yourself to be photographed, recorded, broadcast or published.
12. Any violation of these rules or inappropriate behaviors will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction from the hotel property and possible charges laid by the authorities.
13. Rain or Shine or Snow.
14. No Refunds or Exchanges allowed. Exceptions can be made for Name Changes.
15. Valid credit card and matching ID must be presented at check-in (matching to what is in reservation). A $200 hold will be placed on the card, until after the room is checked after departure. Debit, debit/credit cards, cash will NOT be accepted.
16. Physical distancing must be adhered to outside of hotel room, with risk of eviction
17. Everyone for the room must arrive / check in together / at the same time
18. Noise after event / obnoxious behaviour will not be tolerated
19. Hotel guests are discouraged from leaving their rooms to limited contact, until check out or unless necessary.
20. All patrons of any Hotels Live events or our Hotel Partners, understand and assume the full risks involved foreseen or otherwise by attending these events and hereby release, discharge and waive any rights to hold harmless in any way, Hotels Live, Livestar Entertainment, Our Hotel Partners, Pulse Concert Works, and employees, contractors, suppliers, partners or presenters related to any of these said companies.
