Amorim, Rufino and McNaughton - Tailgate Chamber Orchestra Series July 21

NUOVA is inspired by Santa Fe Opera’s pre-opera tailgate experience, so we have created a series of eclectic tailgate concerts. The Tailgate Chamber Orchestra Series features exceptional musicians, many of whom normally play in our orchestra for our main stage festival productions. 

Join us for the first NUOVA Chamber Orchestra concert on the Wednesday July 21 for an open air concert of melodies penned by Mozart, Shostakovic, Hoffmeister and Tchaikovsky.

Three outstanding talents are uniting for a concert of classical gems under NUOVA’s big tent which is set up behind King’s University. Fabiola Amorim (Violist), Vladimir Rufino (Violinist) and Karen McNaughton (Piano).

You can create a picnic space next to your car, or take one of the chairs in the tent to listen and watch up close. If the weather is not favourable, we will move inside to Knoppers Hall, so all aspects are covered to make sure you feel comfortable and enormously safe while enjoying a mesmerizing night of exquisite music. 

Parking is FREE and Public Washrooms will be accessible in The King's University.
