VIP Ticket Refund Policy All VIP tickets for Poutine Feast events are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances outlined below. General Policy VIP tickets are non-refundable once purchased. VIP tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may give or transfer your VIP ticket to another person. The person presenting the valid VIP ticket (digital or printed) at entry will be granted VIP access. VIP perks (including food, drinks, swag, fast-pass access, seating, or exclusive experiences)
