Join Arts Whistler and Whistler Blackcomb for an afternoon of creativity and inspiration on the stunning Steeps patio at the Roundhouse Lodge. With sweeping views of the Coast Mountain range as your backdrop, you’ll create your own mountain-inspired masterpiece in one of the most breathtaking settings imaginable.

Guided by local artist Lacey Jane Wilburn, this unique experience includes a glass of wine from See Ya Later Ranch*, light charcuterie, all painting supplies including your canvas, and professional instruction in a relaxed and supportive environment.

This event is open to both beginner and experienced artists. Spaces are limited—secure your spot early!

Please note: Lift tickets are required and are not included in the event price. Visit the Whistler Blackcomb website to purchase a Summer Alpine Experience Pass. This pass includes access to sightseeing, hiking, and the PEAK 2 PEAK gondola. Make the most of your pass and enjoy the Mountain Top Summer Feast after the workshop. Tickets can be purchased via the Whistler Blackcomb website. 

Reminder: If you are an Epic 2025/6 pass holder, summer lift access is included in your pass.

Meet your instructor:

Lacey Jane Wilburn is a local contemporary painter, most notable for her realist paintings that are alive with colour and movement. Originally from Stony Plain, Alberta, Wilburn studied Fine Art at the University of Grant MacEwan in Edmonton in 2009, received her BFA from Concordia University in Montreal, studied internationally at the École d'Enseignement Supérieur d'Art de Bordeaux in France in 2016, and obtained her MFA from Emily Carr.
