Description

Get ready for a night of queer art, ballroom energy, and unapologetic self-expression.

ALPHABET MAFIA returns to The GRAND Theatre for a one-night celebration of 2SLGBTQ+ creativity, bringing together local artists, performers, and the vibrant spirit of ballroom culture.

The evening will feature a curated art showcase, live performances, and a Mini Kiki Ball. Expect bold looks, powerful performances, and a room full of community celebrating together.

Headlining the evening is Chicago artist Roy Kinsey, known for his powerful mix of music, poetry, and storytelling. The night will also feature Calgary's Kiki Ballroom scene through Princess Sen Gvasalia + ALPHABET MAFIA'S Mini Kiki Ball, with additional performances and artists to be announced. Unforgettable lineup celebrating queer artistry, movement, and community.

Ballroom is a subculture rooted in Black and Latinx trans and queer experience - a movement pioneered by individuals finding ways to grow through the self-proclaimed cracks of society.

Whether you’re walking the runway, supporting performers, or simply coming to experience the atmosphere, Alphabet Mafia/KikiBall promises a night of art, movement, and celebration.

Dress to impress. High fashion, glam, and creative expression are strongly encouraged.
